PRN ACLS/PALS Instructors (Contractor)

SMRT Indiana has current openings for American Heart Association ACLS & PALS Instructors. SMRT Indiana is an authorized American Heart Association training site. We are looking for instructors to join our team to teach 3-6+ classes per month.

All applicants must have one of the following medical licenses to apply: Paramedic, MD, LPN, Registered Nurse, NP, CRT, RRT or other advanced level provider with ICU, ER, EMS or telemetry experience.

Instructor Certification Requirements: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS INSTRUCTOR certification

*If you do not have your BLS, ACLS and PALS Instructor Certification in order to teach these courses through the American Heart Association, we may be able to assist you in getting certified.

Flexible Schedule: You will be expected to teach a minimum of 3 days per month. This will include some mornings, some evenings, and some weekends. We will work with your schedule in advance when determining which days you will be teaching. We offer flexibility and experience for our instructors and will schedule you accordingly.

Locations: We offer classes at our training centers (Fishers, IN and Plainfield, IN), at our satellite training sites (Greenwood, IN and Carmel, IN) as well as onsite at a client's office or facility throughout Indiana. Instructors must be available to teach at any and all locations.

This is a flexible CONTRACT opportunity and a GREAT way to supplement your income. This is a great opportunity for someone returning to the workforce, semi-retired or professionals who want to begin in education.
