The hand-on skills check off is for those who have taken the American Heart Association online portion of the training but require the in person skills check-off to complete.

Cost

There is no charge if you purchased the online portion through SMRT Indiana. If you purchased directly from the American Heart Association the charge amount will vary.

• BLS Provider / $55

• ACLS Provider / $70

Reminders

• Bring your completion certificate at time of check off.

• If you are having troubles printing the certificate take a picture with your cell phone and bring with you to class.

• Once the online course is completed you must complete the skills session within 60 days.

• If you did not purchase the online portion of the class through SMRT Indiana, payment will be taken at your scheduled appointment. No personal checks please.
